Hi, I'm Mila.

And yes, Mila Olsen is a pseudonym because my real first name was voted one of the least erotic first names in a survey. But whether with or without a pseudonym, I am an author, editor, and family person. I write novels because I love it, but I also write to take a closer look at life, simply to understand life and people.

My novels are complex and often dramatic. I prefer to write about taboo topics, mental illnesses, interpersonal tragedies, and difficult family constellations.

And of course about love, love, love. There is no guarantee of a happy ending for me, but there are plenty of goosebump-inducing moments of happiness, shivers of longing, and beautiful words.
