Even in my mother's womb I was already tapping wildly. I could hardly wait to come into the world and present my audible organ to everyone. A short pat on the butt, the lungs filled with oxygen and on them with roar! This miracle instrument voice with all its linguistic facets fascinates me. You could almost say: there I am speechless, but that would be rather a bad selling point for me.
To put it in a nutshell once again: Yes, I love voice and language. Bringing texts to life as a speaker is my passion. Using my voice to create imagery rekindles my enthusiasm and the fire in me with every new assignment. Therefore, the question why I became a speaker and actress is superfluous. But ask me why I also trained as a foreign language correspondent. Answer: Because of the languages. Or you could ask why I speak and love the Spanish language? Answer: Because of the language ... well, and because of an internship in Valencia.
As an actress, I am allowed to be very changeable and love to slip into the most diverse roles and eras. Here, too, my passion for language comes together. To play with language, to create a character through ductus, timbre, tempo and, if necessary, dialect, and to become it completely, fascinates me anew with every story. Whether as an actress or as a narrator.
Since 2013 I also work as a singer. Words to played instruments and melodies make my heart and body vibrate.
Music makes me forget the time. And when life is something like a minor chord, I just put a major chord over it. That lifts the mood.
